ORDER PROCESSING

At Afrobold, we proudly ship our products within Canada. All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Processing times may be extended during holidays, restocks, product launches, and promotional periods.

DELIVERY TIMES

We ship from our base in Calgary, Alberta, using Canada Post. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Local (within Calgary): 2 business days
  • Within Alberta: 3 business days
  • National (to other provinces): 4 business days

Note: These delivery times are estimates and may vary based on weather conditions, postal service delays, or seasonal demand.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We hope you love your Afrobold purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Return Period: Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, customized pieces, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Email us at info@afrobold.ca with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will provide you with detailed instructions for shipping your item back to us.
  3. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
